Chi Kung is an ancient system of exercises, evolved in China and aiming at developing and strengthening our energy.
It consists in simple static postures, standing or seating and slow, controlled movements comparable to Tai Chi. In fact Chi Kung is traditionally the stepping stone for Tai Chi as it prepares, the body, the internal strength and the mind.   

Tai Chi has become very popular in the recent years for its health benefits. It is based on soft and gentle movements, connected to one another forming a sequence called a “ Tai Chi form”.

Although the practice of Tai Chi seems effortless, its essence resides in progressively developing internal strength and vitality, suppleness and stamina which, as a consequence increases the blood circulation, stimulates the body functions, invigorates the immune system, improves the posture, quietens the nerves and calms the mind.
